What a joyful time Christmas can be, meeting up with loved ones, perhaps having not seen them for a long time. Then the New Year, wondering what it will hold for us, thinking about the past years.remembering the things we did not get done!. it is written 'Time waits for no man' time rushes by. How privileged we are that we have the love and friendship of JESUS.
Having left the last year behind, now going forward with our Lord beside us.
This set of poems is centred on the end of the year looking forward to that wonderful time when we celebrate the Lords coming as a small babe. and of our attitude to Christmas. Is it the only time we think seriously about ‘Our fellow man’? I wonder.
A NEW YEAR- There is so much to do to keep the church running, do you sit back and watch other people ‘do it all? If you are able, how about giving a hand to lighten the work? If you are not able, how about praying , arrange a group of you to pray on a regular basis, for those who are willing and able to DO the job?
HIS LOVE. Our God is always there no matter which year it is, day and night He is there, waiting to hear from you. Keep in touch!
